Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been delivered. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: All our products are digitally delivered and you will be notified via email upon purchase of the product or services.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders are non-refundable. For coaching calls and any other packages there is no refund for cancellations. If you'd still like to request a refund, please contact our customer service at [email protected]

We reserve the right to decline your refund request. If you purchase a product from wizardofoddmarketing.com and Wizard of ODD Marketing LLC know that you will not be given a refund of any kind unless we decide in a special circumstance it is worthy to process.
